Swollen Lymph Nodes In Groin. Advice?

I currently have what seems to be swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my groin area. They seem to be fairly large, but that s my personal opinion and they are giving me discomfort when I stand up, sit down, etc, from what seems to be just the general location of the swelling . They both protrude both when laying down and standing up, and although the left side seems slightly bigger in swelling diameter than the right they both are approximately 2-2.5 cm in diameter each roughly. What would the advice be on this?

Hi
Groin lymph nodes drain a wide area - from umbilicus above to foot below.
You need examination - pelvic and rectal inclusive - to search for the focus.
Try to see a doctor as soon as possible
God luck
