Swollen lymph nodes, dry mouth, cough. Pain in throat and chest. Stiffness in jaw and neck. Antibiotics not working. Strep test negative

I have swollen lymph nodes dry mouth and throat chest pain and pain and stiffness in jaw and neck at base of my neck. I went to the E.R. two days ago and they put me on antibiotics that dont seem to be working. They also did a strep test that came back negative. I have also come up with a cough but have not seen blood yet I dont know what to do.

You may be having Infectious mononucleosis.You have to get admitted and investigated.Do see a Physician urgently.
