Swollen lymph nodes behind ear and neck, blocked sinuses, fever, red rash on feet. Any ideas?

Hi I have noticed several swollen lymph nodes behind my ear and in my neck which have been there since the start of the year. On top of that for the last three weeks I have felt generally unwell with blocked sinuses a slight fever and a bet of a runny nose which I can't seem to shake off. I have now noticed a pin prick red rash on the soles of my feet and just wondered if it was all coincidental or if there is a reason. Thanks

Hello Friend
Welcome to H.C.M
With little information and as per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with upper respiratory infection. usually the Upper respiratory tract has a complex lymphatic drainage. you need to start oral broad spectrum antibiotic and nasal decongestant.
But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
Yours sincerely
