Hello Dear and thanks for writing in
The two main reasons for fatigue has been explained by you in your query: 1. Enlarged lymph nodes 2. Jaundice (High Bilirubin)
1. You have to investigated for enlarged lymph node whether they are due to infection or malignancy. Get Needle aspiration test done of the lymph node or CT scan if it help to find out the cause. Once the cause and diagnosis is established you can treat the disease accordingly.
2. For high bilirubin take proper fresh diet free from fat and oil. Take plenty of water. Proper Liver tonic must be take for 5-6 months. Get yourself checked for Hepatitis. Pain in abdomen may be related to this.

Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
