Swollen Lump On Leg, Itchy, Painful, Spider Bite. Treatment?

hello I have a huge lump on my leg that is swollen and it has 2 puncture marks within the lump and it is hot to the touch and it itches and is moderatly painful. I think I was bite by a spider in my house. It happened when I was alseep on the couch yesterday night. I felt the bite while I was sleeping. What can I do to reduce the swelling and the pain and what is it?

It is an inflammatory lump due to insect bite

Take antihistaminic like cetrizine along with anti inflammatory drugs

Apply some analgesic ointment

If doesn't subside show it to a dermatologist

Get your blood sugar test done
