Hello. Please can you help. I have the following symptoms: Heat intolerance/sweating Swollen legs Extreme fatigue Poor concentration Joint pain, especially both ankles both elbows Generally feeling unwell Restless legs/pins and needles in feet Blood tests show normal thyroid, high inflammation, impaired glucose . Doctor thinks poss rheumatoid arthritis but no joint redness
