Swollen Leg Above Knee, Pressure, No Pain. Am I Dying?

Hi, 65 years old, problem with my legs- left tight inner side above knee , swollen;I can feel something inside. like a little balloon- no pain- just leg feel a bit different- like weaker- Right leg, where there is the Soleus muscle , I noticed a lump-I can move it a little bit- again no pain unless I put pressure on it or squeeze it- huge problem with my spine- AmI dying?? Thanks

any lumps needs to be shown to a doctor if similar lump not there on oposite side . reading your query with local finding doesnot apear serious .
give baseline stress and exercises to leg to feel better .
taichi or theraband strengtening will be useful
