Swollen Left Side, Fever, Vomiting, Got Wisdom Tooth Removed. Infection?

I had my widom teeth removed four weeks ago and it got better last week but suddenly the left side got swollen n i was developing a fever, i went to my doctor n he said it was getting infected inside, he gave me few meds, but ever since i took them iv been feeling like throwing up every ten minutes and cant eat very much coz i get headaches from it.. What is going on?

The symptoms dont look like a secondary infection to the wisdom tooth removal. It may be due to the infection or decay on the adjacent tooth. Kindly check with an Xray. Throwing up feeling is due to the heavy dose of antibiotics.
be on vitamin supplements.
