Swollen Knuckles And Knees, Joint Pain, Difficulty In Movement. What Could Be This?

Over the last couple of days, the knuckles on my fingers have swollen to the point where I had difficulty getting my rings off, which are normally too big. My knees, especially the right, are also swelling, as are my ankles. In fact, I feel all of my joints are hurting and I am having difficulty having difficulty getting around without feeling sore all over. I am not running a fever. Any thoughts?
Thanks, Georgina
