Swollen Gland, Spots On Throat. Whats This?

Hi, I'm 16 years old I have a boyfriend and he's sick and I got sick shortly after him, my right gland is swollen but my other side isn't really and it's hard to breathe, swallow and sometimes talk. I looked in my mouth a few minutes ago and I have which spots on the right side of my throat.. Do you have any idea what it is? Or what it could be..
