Swollen Forehead Due To A Nozzle Hit, Iced It. Numbness Moving Down, Severe Headaches. Is This Normal ?

Hello, last Friday I was hit in the forehead with a industrial power washer nozzle. I believe it was made of steel. Anyways immediately after impact, in a matter of seconds, the swelling grew as large as half of a jumbo boiled egg. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I just put some ice on it. Later on that evening, numbness started to move down my face on the side of the impact. Well since then I have had moderate to excruciating headaches daily. Just now I was feeling the pea sized bumps around the area where I was hit, when I noticed a dent in my head. What can this mean?
