Swollen Feet After An Injury. What To Do To Reduce Swelling?

Hi I had a minor accident a couple of days ago. I ve got road rash on my toes. I got first aid after a while and no swelling was evident. I have to say, the road rash is quite deep but nothing too serious. When I woke up the next day my feet was swollen. It isnt swollen like a pumpkin but its quite visible. Please tell me ways in which I can reduce my swelling. Thanks
