Swollen But Not Painful Left Lower Abdomen.
i am in early pregnancy say 8 weeks and presently feel a slightly swollen but hard and no pain at my left lower abdomen . I also do not notice any bleeding

As you don't have any pain or discomfert,it's not bothering you. it may just be your uterus deviated to left still it's always better to consult a gynac/do sonography to rule out certain things .

Hello, welcome to HCM. The symptom you are facing is a common issue among pregnant women and the cause for it is usually retroverted uterus or bloating. Still it would be advisable to you to visit your gynec and get an ultrasound done to rule out any abnormality. Wish you good health.
