Swollen Bilateral Cervical Lymph Nodes. Persisting Lump. What To Do?
Hi I am a 27 year old female who has had swollen bilateral cervical lymph nodes for many years and have recently discovered a hard lump under my jaw that doesn't feel like the other nodes. I was just curious as to what this could be. It's on the underside of my jaw on the right side (towards the back of the tongue area). It's been almost 2 months now that I've had this lump.

Having lump under jaw and enlarge lymph nodes requires evaluation of your case.
Consult ENT specialist and go for examination and investigations.
Ct scan, indirect laryngoscopy might be helpful.
if require they will go for biopsy.
