Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have High blood pressure and slightly high blood sugar level which is called impaired glucose tolerance,? are you taking any medicine to control blood sugar.
Swelling in ankle could be dependant edema which can be due to heart,or liver related even involvement of kidneys.
You need to consult Physician to know exact cause of swelling by Complete blood count,Kidney function, Liver functions, ECG, Thyroid functions.
Treatment depends on cause, If you are taking medicines for blood pressure some drugs like calcium channel blocker( Amlodipine ) cause swelling in lower limbs.
Please reduce intake of salt in diet and in the meantime you can keep lower limbs elevated which will reduce swelling.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good Luck.
