Swollen Ankle And Foot With Brownish Spots. Had Cellulitis. Advice?
i have a swollen ankle that makes my foot swollen and also my lower leg. it seems to generate from the outside of my ankle bone where its always puffy and also my archilles tendon. my feet and ankle area have brown spots and the skin area is discolored. i elevate my leg every night after work but that only reuduces the swelling. i had cellulitise a couple of times 2-3 years ago quite bad and the docter mentioned that he didnt want it getting inside the joints

IS THERE any swelling ,redness near your ankle or foot
pain aggrivates on walking or only on movement
any local rise of temperature ,fever
if yes it can be recurrance of cellulitis,
degeneration of tendon will also lead to such symptoms
local injection therapy can reduce pain in degenerative condition
take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
physiotherapy - SWD ,IFT WILL HELP [not in cellulitis]
