Swollen And Tingly Lower Legs And Feet, Sweaty. Blood Work Normal. Reasons ?

In the last 5 days my lower legs and feet have become swollen and tingly - there was relief in the morning - today there is no relief - I ve always had some circulation issues - my feet and hands have always been sweaty and I have had numbness in the top of my feet for 10 years - I am not diabetic and had full annual blood work about 8 months ago. It is quite hot where I live but I am drinking over 40oz of water day.

Dear Sir ,

It is a possibility that you may be having neuropathy so get your NCV done to rule it out.
