Swelling Under Arm. Ultrasound Taking Too Long. Means Something?
Hi. Iam 40 years old and attended the hospital for an ultrasound scan for a swelling under my right arm . The Radiographer told me to make an appointment to see my GP , to receive the results in ten days time. When I phoned the surgery , the receptionist said these things can take longer, and gave me 4 May to attend for the result. I am quite anxious, do these things usually take so long?
