Swelling, Pain On The Inside Of Right Ankle. Put In Splint, Using Crutches. Treatment?

I have been having pain and swelling on the inside of my right ankle. I had XRays taken and they came back fine. I was put in a splint and told to use crutches for a few days. the swelling comes and goes but the pain stays the same. I havent twisted or sprained it. I woke up a it was like that and has been for a couple weeks now.

make circulatory exercises for ankle joint and elevate your lower limb on pillows to reduce oedema from subine lying position with compression bandage ankle do not stand up for long time at this stage with full body weight
