Hi, i woke up today with the low center of my bottom lip a little swollen and now my entire bottom lip swollen and there s a large sore bump the size of a nickel with tiny bumps on it, on my inner bottom lip. my top lip is a little swollen and the inner side has little sore white line/bumps. Can you please help me, i dont know what to do.

With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of herpes labialis.
Herpes labialis is a viral infection caused by HSV type 1 virus.
This virus may spread by lip kissing and may get activated in immunocompromised state.
Fever, exposure to hot weather, after chemotherapy& radiotherapy, after intake immunosuppressants medicines.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ dermatologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for complete blood count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
You should take antiviral oral and topical preparation.
You should also apply steroid ointment for getting faster relief.
