Swelling On Hip Bone, No Pain. Laminectomy Done. Any Ways To Reduce Swelling?

I am 10 months post L2,3,4 Laminectomy and have swelling on left side by hip bone, no pain, swelling is greater in the evening. The surgery has gone well with great pain relief and almost normal mobility. I am normal weight and in good physical condition 5 6 131 lbs. Are there ways to reduce swelling. How concerned should I be...... Larry E-mail YYYY@YYYY

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The best way to reduce the swelling is bed rest, swelling part has to be kept under possible rest position, ( Proteolytic enzyme ) can be tried it works nicely, available on counter and this can be taken along with any NSAID, worth trying, have great day.
