Epitril acts as anti epileptic as well as a muscle relaxant and anxiolytic too. Higher doses act as an anti epileptic .
Milder doses are very effective in cluster headache/migraine with facial pain and anxiety, for which you are prescribed for. However don't change your dosage or stop Epitril without your neurosurgeons consultation.
Have your eyes checked for any refractive errors and since you are system user, a dry eye evaluation too. Blinking is very essential while using computer monitors, so use the 20-20 rule where you take a short break for 20 secs every 20 mins and close your eyes and roll them which will restore your tear film. Use a good lubricant like Refresh tears until you get used to this habit. An anti reflective coated glasses will be useful too for system use.
Take care.
