Hi,
The problem you are facing is known as Gingivitis. A scaling of teeth should be done atleast once in a year by a dentist. Change your toothbrush once in 3 months. Flossing of teeth once daily is very important to improve the health of your gums. Clean your tongue using a tongue cleaner every day after brushing.

Hi,Tanisha,
thanks for query,
you are having gingivitis.
if teeth are not cleaning properly there is deposition of tarter on gums leading to infection.
Now you might go for scaling again and there after you do brush and cleaning properly.
Do brush 2 times a day,
If you do not take care there is chances of having pyorrhoea.
ok and bye.

Hi, you need to get scaling done once again. Please make it a habit to visit your dentist every three months. Scaling needs to be done as and when required to prevent gum and bone infection. your dentist will instruct you about the proper oral hygiene tips to be carried out at home so that this situation does not arise repeatedly. Take care!
