Swelling Behind Knee, Baker's Cyst. Ultrasound Negative. Calf Pain

Hello, about 3 weeks ago I noticed bulging or swelling behind my left knee . My doctor said it was a bakers cyst . She sent me for an ultra sound and nothing was detected, but the pain in my calf and the area is still there as well as the swelling. I am very afraid. The doctor and ultra sound tech said that I could have pulled something.

There is no need to worry as your ultrasound has not shown any thing abnormal so i believe it was a soft tissue injury and not a serious thing. You should apply ice over knee ,Apply Diclofenac ointment and voveron tablet for pain relief.
