Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Prolonged posture in any one position / as also pressure on any part - is not good.
Regular isotonic exercise is good.
Weight reduction is a must.
Use the stockings when you are up and about - remove while sleeping.
You may need investigations to look for any underlying cause of clotting - in view of your young age, it is worth undertaking - despite the cost, inconvenience and low success rate.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
