Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Your Clinical presentation is in favour of disc prolapse at Lumbar 4-5 & Lumbar 5 & Sacral 1st vertebrae. Hence you should consult a Ortho-Spine Surgeon & get the MRI of L S Spine Done. That will conclude the diagnosis.
