Hi, Thanks for query.
It seems that after accident there is blood collection on the part giving rise to Hematoma.
I would suggest to go for antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines.
Give complete rest to the part.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined again.
Ok and bye.

Hi Dear, to answer your question ,let me put your question in this way, you met an accident while on bike and you went for an orthopedic consultation, who prescribed you rest.you didn't took proper rest ,your pain didn't subsides with rest of two days.and you were prescribed pain killer and a plaster, and now your having swelling and black blue area below your ankle area and your pain is persistent. The good thing you did you went for an orthopedic consultation, and bad thing you did you didn't took proper rest.you had got soft tissue injury during your accident, but no fracture.proper rest is the only thing that is needed in in soft tissue injury, plus some hot/cold foamentation.the swelling and black blue area below your ankle your mentioning is most probably a haemotoma( collection of blood under skin) ,result of soft tissue injury ,and it will subsides itself, nothing to worry for it.proper rest plus an orthopedic consultation is all that is need and a pain killer for few days ,if you pain is sever .
