Sweat gland nerve fiber in the prox thigh left is above the 5th percentile at 23.4. Significance?

I had a biospy of the distal leg and distal thigh. There were no sweat glands visualized in 8 sections in the leg and 8 sections in the thigh that were analyzed The sweat gland nerve fiber in the prox thigh left is above the 5th percentile at 23.4. M nerve right/mm3 sweat gland tissue What is the significance of this finding?

You make no mention of why the biopsy was done? Most tests only mean something in light of the clinical picture or reason for their requisition . On what you mention, the absence of sweat glands obviously means an inability to produce sweat in that region, which might not have any clinical significance.
