Swallowed Plastic Hard Thing, Cannot Breathe Properly, Something Stuck In Throat. What To Do ?

have swallowed a of plastic, the plastic was kinda hard 2cm lenght and breadth with sharp edges, this had happened almost 2 hours ago.. i have eaten 2 spoon of rice to push it through as i feel like it still in my throat .. but i can breath properly.. i dont know the sensation everytime i swallow water or my saliva it feels like it is still there..

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to either the plastic stuck in the throat or due to trauma to the soft tissues in throat caused due the plastic.
Kindly consult an ENT specialist & get it removed before it causes further damage.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with administration of analgesic anti-inflammatory medications, antihistamines & antibiotics (to prevent secondary infection)
