Suugest Treatment For Sudden Loos Of Vision
Hi doc a 19 yr female ptnt developed sudden loss of vision in both eyes after giving delivery to twins by caesserean section, during pregnancy she was diagnosed with preeclampsia.. she tuk treatment for it and the vision was regained within 5 days . 3months later she again complaints of loss of vision for which she was admitted and was under treatment , which has resulted in suddem weakness in both limbs. wat would be the diagnosis

now every thing is related to preeclamptia. all investigation for it like BP urine check. fundus examination should be done. with result its to be discussed with obstetrician line of treatment may be decided
