Certainly you can . Take a look at my Profile. I may have another one yet! Who Knows? For what it's worth, I think diet & lifestyle are secondary to fitness. I hate to advise anyone anything but if I had to, I'd say (1) take the Cardio Rehab course (2) take the Advanced Rehab course, (3) join a Fitness Club and become Really fit and healthy, then (4) gently, regularly, stay that way.
