Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your heatlh concern.
Please consult an infertility specialist.
Both of you seem to have issues.
He should first of all have a detailed genital examination and a semen analysis, to confirm his fertility.
For you, it is necessary to evaluate the cause of recurrent abortions.
Have thorough hormonal evaluation - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT.
Get testing done for antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
Also, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for uterine anomalies, and cervical incompetence.
3 D USG of uterus and ovaries is recommended.
Karyotyping should be done for both of you.
Thorough infectious disease screening is a must.
Also, take regular folic acid supplements daily.
All the best.
Take care.
