Suggestion For Having 2-3 Pus And Epithelial Cells In Urine
i was having certain burning in urination and also if i was not urinating,i went to doctor and had a urine test and 2-3 pus cells and epethilial were found now i am having some white materials in my urine and a feel sometimes like iam goin to eject is this serious

I have read the results of your urine test and i will explain what does it mean.
In your urine you have puss cells 2-3 and traces of epithelial.
Now depending from the kit that laboratories use, the normal range of puss cells and epithelial are: pus cells 0-4 p.v.f and for epithelial cells 0-4 p.v.f
According to your puss cells,the urine test is normal,so i don't think that you need any kind of antibiotics,because there is no sign of an infection. Also you don't have any symptoms,so no reason to think of an infection.
If I was your caring doctor, i would just give these advices:
-have plenty of liquids,2-3 liters per hour
-fresh fruit juice,especially orange juice,cranberry juice
-rose tea,peppermint-ginger-juniper berry tea to help your bladder get clean
-urinate always just after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long
