Suggested Laparoscopy For Blood With Intercourse. On Birth Control Pills, Lower Back Pain. Does It Sound Like Endometriosis? Remedy

Hi, I am 32 years old and have two children. Have been married for 11 years. Five month ago for first time had blood with the intercourse no pain. Went to my gynecologist he prescribed antibiotics, didn't find cysts. Took antibiotic for a week, after that had blood tree more times usually a week before my period. Went for another ultrasound didn't find anything. Was suggested to do laparoscopy. So far, my IUD was taken out, have been on birth control pills for 3 month. This month I am not taking pills. Pretty mush during five month have been having either lower back pain or pelvic pain after period different from what I had before, before my period, no menstrual pain. Also sometimes pain in my left ovary, today was pretty bad during running.
My question is does it sound like endometriosis and if I go for laparoscopy and they find endometriosis do I have to have the surgery or I can live with that? I've read there are many side effects after surgery. I have heard about non surgical method is it safer? Also, I am not on any birth control right now(condoms) not trying to get pregnant but there is an option if I can and if it is going to help in my condition. Thank you.

Hi, you said you have bleeding during sexual intercourse, that could be due to intrauterine contraceptive device or due to hormones you are taking for birth control.
one more thing is , it could be cervical dysplasia which can cause bleeding during sexual intercourse, i feel you should undergo colposcopy, if thereare any growth then you should undergo cervical biopsy.
all the very best.
