im 21 years girl....i hav been working lot a quite a tym now...but low results...i m knw feelng depressed..all my efforts are gone to waste... i wanted to hav an awake liposuction....specially for my abs......i live in india..noida..and college student...so i wanted to knw the results will be statisfyng....i m 134 cms..and 75 kgs....i wanted to even knw the cost of awake liposuction for abs..as well as whole body...and some good dr..in delhi or noida...

Liposuction would remove subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin) but is generally not one of the main weight loss surgeries.

It can be difficult to lose weight, but it cannot be done with exercise alone.

A change in diet is important. A person is more likely to lose weight with good diet changes alone than with exercise alone.
The main diets are low fat/low calorie diet and low carbohydrate diet.

You should choose the one that best suits you and stick to it consistently.
If you can adhere to a strict diet plan and combine it with your exercise you should be able to lose weight.
