Suggest Ways To Tone Arm With History Of Ulnar Nerve Damage
I have recovering ulnar nerve damage no surgery. i used to do press ups but obviously cannot now. will swimming irritate the nerve and set me back to useless arm ? i want to tone arms. Any other safe toning suggestions. I work with it but take it easy and rest when it starts to irritate. Thanks
Hi dear. I am your physician, having a vast years long experience in the field of General Surgery, psychiatry, Radiotherapy, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Ottorhinolaryngology and Nutrition and weight loss, and Pain Management. I have carefully gone through your case and in my expert opinion you should not worry much as its always time taking recovery when it comes to nerve injuries. Consult some Physical Therapist is my suggestion to you. He will give you perfect schedule to recover and tone it up back to normal in a specified time. Stick to his advice. You need not consider swimming right away. It will hurt you and delay the healing process. Stay aside, give it a rest and go slow. I hope you get better soon
