Suggest Ways To Retract The Foreskin

Sir, I am 26, and I think i have a full circumcision, and thanks to my ignorance I didnt know of this till now. I cant retract in erect or even flaccid state. I have never seen the glans nor even the start of my head. Is circumcision the only procedure, and even if it is not, can you give me an approximate as to how costly can the procedure be?

1.It is good for you to get a circumcision get done, as you have mentioned you have never able to see the glans of penis.
2.As in this case in a ling run can cause infections and urinary retention.
3.Initially you try to retract gradually with gel/oil/soap it does work in many cases, initially it hurts a little, but gradually it will get normal. Do not do this thing abruptly as it can cause tear. ( do as much as you are comfortable )
4.Get an appointment with your doctor and let him examine and if possible an urologist appointment will best site for you.
5.Mean while you should try maintain local hygiene to avoid infections. I won't be able to help you with the cost issue as answering your question form different country. ask in local medical centres
