Suggest Ways To Reduce Belly Fat

I have been taking Serta 50 for 6 months : in additon to that I am taking pramirol 0.125 and zapiz 0.25" As a side effect of these medicine my stomach size has increased slightly. Is there any way I can loose my belly fat caused by these tablets. before taking these medicines I had a flat stomach

II a so sorry to hear about this weight gain issue. The ideal solution would have been to replace these medications with those that have not this side effect. However, I believe the benefits warrant that you continue with this medication. I will suggest that you watch your diet, do regular exercise and you would be able to control this weight. Rarely would drugs alone be responsible for huge weight gains without excess calories intake and lack of physical exercise. If you have difficulties figuring out how much you should eat or b exercising, talk to a dietitian about this.
