as being slim is not a disease.
unless you develop any disease or nutritional deficiency you need protein supplement.
if you are healthy and fit consume more protein rich food like nuts,almond,channa,soya,diary products,tuber type vegetable like potato,etc.
take meat and sea food if you are a non vegetarian once in three days.

try to take high calorie diet.

above natural way will help to gain weight constantly without harming your healthy.
