Suggest Ways To Postpone The Menstrual Cycle

My period is irregular but due in one week. For social reasons, I need to delay it by about three days. I ve never been on birth control but a nurse gave me Chateal today, with instructions to take one a day. I took one, but I m not sure she understood what I was asking for. I really need absolutely no bleeding for those three days. Is there any safe way to achieve this? Thanks for taking my question.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The oral contraceptive pill can delay the period so the chateal may work for you.
Women who normally use oral contraceptives can delay their periods by not taking the break between packets and continuing to use the active pills.

Noretone can also be used to delay periods, it is used 3 to 4 days before the period is due.

I hope this helps
