Hi, im 29 and 197 pounds, I suffer from migraines and diabetes but I haven t had my diabetes looked at in awhile due to no insurance. Within the last two weeks I have noticed im very forgetful and cant remember little things along with that im starting to stutter a lot and I don t know why. Other then those problems I have no other health issues. I have change my diet no caffeine and eating better preparing for a weight loss boot camp

Minor forgetfulness can be physiological.However,if this persists,you need to get examined by a neurologist for detailed higher mental functions examination.Meanwhile,Diabetes can result in microvascular brain changes which can cause dementia like symptoms.So,be on a sincere management of your Diabetes.
