Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Dolo is paracetamol if taken excessive or regularly can cause liver damage. It doesn't have addiction potential. So her condition is mostly psycological affinity towards it. A counselling with psycologist will be helpful in getting rid off this. Avoid keeping paracetamol (Dolo) at your home. Take her out for sight seeing or dinner in evening which make her feel better. Make her involve in some hobbies which she enjoy. Send her to some fitness centers for doing exercise daily. These all makes her feel better. Breathing exercises also benefit her.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
