Suggest Ways To Lower Elevated ESR Levels
i have high ESR level.....i experience ESR level near to 60-90...its because of inflammation...what died should i take to reduce it? i have low HB thats why i am paying attention to my diet but this inflammation is a great hindrance in my diet please suggest me diet!

I really appreciate your concern, high level of ESR is indicative of some illness and it has to be treated else with the diet ESR will never comes to normal, for the low HB you can have iron containing food and fruits along with iron supplement hope this information helps.
