I am having trouble losing weight after 35. I am 36 now and have gained 15 pounds that I cannot lose. I eat very clean, mostly protein and good fats and cheat on the weekend to shock my body, but I can t seem to get these 15 pounds off. I even eliminated all sweets from my diet for the past 4 months, so no sugar or candy at all. I have always been fit and work out bodybuilding since I was 19, but since I hit 32/33 I started to go downhill...

You want a loose your weight so modify your diet and change a lifestyle also....
Avoid more fatty foods like cheese,butter ,ghee ;pizza,....etc. Take more green leaf vegetables and fresh fruits. Take low calory diet.
Do some physical activity like exercise and other things. Try to be active and by exersice you can burn your calory. Consent a nutritionist for proper diet plan.
