Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

I have thyroid problem since 2 years.. I m taking my taking my medicine but Im not losing my weight.. Im too lazy to do anything. My doctor also. Suggest me b12 injection 11 year ago at that time I started to lose weight n was active but now the same condition what should I do?

Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. I can give you general advices. The best way is to eat healthy and exercise. The more muscle you will have more calories you will burn. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Cut out absolutely fried food, fast food. But as you are having thyroid problems it is better to have a personalised diet by a nutritionist and she/he is going to follow you up by specific measurements as percentage of muscle and fat mass in your total body, arms and legs, bone mass, water mass.
