Suggest Ways To Lose Body Weight

All my life I have been overweight. I am 23 years old. Height and weight: 5ft 1 in and weight 170lbs. Therefore, my question is how can I transform my body? I want to lose body fat? I want to lose weight, but always give in to sweets and fast food cravings. I feel like I have no self control. In july of 2015 I weighted 150lbs. I find myself gaming more and more weight each year. Now I weight 170 lbs

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
You gain weight when you eat more than you work. That is, energy food is more than energy used for your daily activities. The excess energy will be stored as protein in muscles and fats in adipose tissues.
Overweight could as well be caused by hormonal problems like hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. You may see your Doctor for a hormonal work-up.
Losing weight may be very challenging. However, it is possible. All you need is patience and sacrifice since it is a gradual process.I will suggest you try the following:
-Choose a low-carb diet
-Eat only when hungry
-Eat real food and avoid junk foods
-Get in to regular physical exercises
-Stress less, sleep more
-Eat less of dairy products and nuts
-Supplement vitamins and minerals
-Get your hormones checked
-In extreme cases, and if the above measures do not help, you may see the Doctor for pills/drugs that may help you cut down. These drugs are however to be taken under supervision and should not be abused
