At the ends of the long bones (bones in the arms and legs), there is an area called the epiphyseal plate which is involved in adding new bone to increase length and height.

It does this during childhood and adolescence. At the end of adolescence, this area changes so that no further bone can be added and no further growth is possible.

There are no medications or supplements that would cause this area to restart adding new bone after this time unfortunately.

This means that is not possible for you to become taller at your present age.
