Suggest Ways To Delay Ovulation

So last month I went away on holiday but I was due on my period so took norresthisterone to delay my period, my question is will this delay ovulation? Or will I ovulate when I would normally without taking the pill... Also I am 28 I ve had two miscarriages in my prior relationship and my partner is 38 we ve been trying to conceive for 10 months now, I know usually you should wait 1year before going to the doctors but do our circumstances mean we could go sooner? Thanks for your help

Hi I think norethisterone doesn't delay ovulation. You will ovulate normally. I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination and evaluation for 2 miscarriages. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause. Also get a blood group, VDRL, blood sugars and APLA profile done. Hope it helps.
