Suggest Ways To Deal With Pain Due To Back Issues And Kidney Failure

I have had back issues for years. I undergone two back surgeries on my L1-L6 area. I have had epidurscopy w/epidural injections, epidural lysis of adhhesions X3, and radio nuclear ablation procedures. All have only had temporary affect. My last visit to a pain clinic they suggested sending me to have a device implanted to help manage my back pain. I also have severe osteo arthritis of the spine, which was cleaned up sum each time I had surgery, and in both knees. In addition to the arthritis in my knees, I also suffer from bone spurs, no lubrication, and a torn meniscus in both knees. To complicate issues, in 2010 I lost about a third of my upper right leg from the knee joint to the groin/buttocks area due to two debridement procedures received as a result of a life threating bout with necrotizing fasciitis. Needless to say I have extensive scar tissue on about 2/3 of my upper right leg. I can t take NSAIDS because of kidney failure I experienced as a result of my bout with NFSSS. I currently take time released pain meds to help make my day bearable. How and where will this pain device help the the pain I experience in all three areas. I have a cardiac condition which so far has resulted in 11 stents and I am also a diabetic. What can you tell me.
