Let us try some things. Take your Armour first thing in the am 1 hour before you eat or dring anything but water. Stay away from all soy products. Get adequate iodine in your diet. Iodized salt is used to increase iodine in diet. You sound like you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism. Either the medication is not being taken correctly, there is a deficiency of iodine, there is an interference in absorption or your dosage isn't high enough. You want your TSH around 2.5, please check with your doctor to see what level he is running you at. Increase your iodine. Eliminate soy, broccoli, cauliflower.Take med on empty stomach. If all checks out, come back and ask for me. Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN
